Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon releases soon and it was only a matter of time before someone leaked the Gen 7 games. Dataminers have got their hands on a copy of both Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and have begun leaking information on the new Ultra Beasts, Necrozma forms and tons more on reddit and 4Chan.
But the biggest news comes from the reveal of the names of the UBs as well some interesting tidbits on Necrozma.
SPOILER ALERT! If you want to experience Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon withoutspoilers, turn back now.
Pokémon fans were thrilled to learn new Ultra Beasts will appear in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Now, the recent leak has not only revealed some of the names of the new Ultra Beasts, but also claims one of them actually evolves!
According to the leak, UB Assembly’s name is Stakataka, UB Burst’s name is Blacephalon and UB Adhesive’s name is Poipole. Adhesive (or Poipole) reportedly can be obtained as a gift, perhaps from an NPC like Silvally was. Poipole also evolves when it levels up with the move Dragon Pulse. It evolves into Naganadel, a Poison and Dragon-type Pokémon.
The data inside the games also confirms the existence of a brand new Mythical Pokémon like Mew, Celebi and Jirachi named Zeraora. Zeraora is a pure Electric-type Pokémon and is described as a speedy attacker.
Necrozma plays a big role in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. The Psychic-type takes control of both Lunala and Solgaleo, but it seems like that’s not its final form. A Necrozma “Light” form has been leaked and it is pegged to be stronger than Mega Rayquaza.
There’s a lot we still don’t know about Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, but we do know that the story has changed from the original Sun and Moon and will have an expanded Pokedex.
Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will release for Nintendo 3DS on Nov. 17.
