The upcoming fishing adventure DREDGE is launching March 30. While that's still a couple of weeks away, pre-orders are now open on PC and consoles. For those on Nintendo Switch and can't wait for the launch, a new demo is now live at the Nintendo eShop.
For those on PC, players can pre-order the base game for $24.99 on Steam or GOG. There is also a Digital Deluxe Edition offered at $35.06 on Steam. Meanwhile, pre-orders for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox are priced at $24.99 for the base game and $26.99 for the Digital Deluxe Edition.
For those wondering, the Digital Deluxe Edition comes with the Blackstone Key DLC, giving players access to the mysterious workshop on Blackstone Isle. Pre-orders for all platforms also come with the exclusive in-game fishing rod.
A Physical Deluxe Edition is also available with pre-order now available at participating retailers. This edition includes a physical poster and a meticulously crafted artbook and sticker set, plus the digital game soundtrack and extra in-game items. Pre-order for Nintendo Switch is at $39.99 while $29.99 for PlayStation and $29.99 for Xbox.
In DREDGE, players take on the role of down-on-their-luck fisherman who explores remote islands combing surrounding islands and looking for different kinds of fishes and valuables. Once the trawler is full, players need to sell their spoils. Of course, they also have to complete quests and learn more about each area. To make the most of the journey, players have to reinforce not only their vessel but also skills and knowledge to reach more secluded lands and dredge deeper. Just be sure to keep an eye on the time since there are things that lurk in the dark.
