The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross has reached a new milestone with 20 million global downloads. The game was only released just last March and this month it’s celebrating its sixth month anniversary. With this in mind, The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross is launching a Half Anniversary Event.
So, what’s going to happen during this event? For one, two new characters are going to be available for players to collect. The first is the SSR Virtual Body Doubles Lostvayne Meliodas which can be obtained through the Draw of Half Anniversary Event. The second character, which is the SSR [The Ten Commandments] Fraudrin of Selflessness, can obtained in a similar manner. However, the second character can also be obtained for free as a reward for those who complete special missions.
There is also the new boss battle which is [The Seven Catastrophes] Special. This battle is going to feature the Heroes of The Seven Catastrophes, which is composed of the original characters from The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross. For those who manage to clear this battle, they get access to the Awakened Lillia Disaster Battle. This is a two-player battle mode that has three difficulty levels. The new mode rewards players with Disaster Medals. Using the Disaster Medals, players can get a host of valuable items that include the SSR [Doombringer] Mage Lillia, UP Costumes designed by Nakaba Suzuki, and a Part 2 SSR Draw Ticket.
The celebration is also going to feature other activities like the Half Anniversary Bingo where players can get bingo ticket numbers from modes like Free Stage and Boss Battle. Players can then try to complete bingo lines and get rewards. There are also different events like the Big Rewards Dungeon Event, Sudden Event of Training Grotto, and the Social Media Event, to name a few.
There are also going to be new in-app store products available. There’s the Half Anniversary Hawk Pass which includes not only the Half Anniversary Festival Ticket, but also the Half Anniversary Hero Selection. Available as well is the Encore of Popular Costumes. Here players can get access to reprinted version of older costumes like the Demon King Meliodas as well as the King’s Costume Sets of Most Malevolent Knighthood.
