The June update is now live in Smash Legends and there's a lot to be excited about. For example, there's the new game mode called Team Touchdown. Another thing players can look forward to is an event that offers double credit.
The highlight of the June update would have to be the introduction of the game's 27th Legend, Molly The Lonesome Huntress. Don't take this hero lightly since she can use her gauntlets to deal heavy blows to her enemies. She also has unique melee skills along with counterattack abilities.
Players can get Molly in the store using gems or credits. Once purchased, a special quest is activated which offers limited-time effects and emojis as rewards for those who complete it.
New Game Mode
Team Touchdown Mode is a reimagined version of the Escort mode that was previously available in Arena Lab. In this one, the team that escorted the target to the destination before the opposing team does is crowned the winner. This mode has been added to the game due to popular demand.
New Event
The Credit Hot Time Event offers double credits when playing during certain hours throughout June. Players can earn extra credit for 24 hours each week for a total of 96 hours in June. Below is the detailed schedule:
- Week 1: June 10 (Fri) to June 11 (Sat)
- Week 2: June 15 (Wed) to June 16 (Thu)
- Week 3: June 24 (Fri) to June 25 (Sat)
- Week 4: June 29 (Wed) to June 30 (Thu)
Game Mode Rotation
The June update introduces four new modes rotating every week. Starting June 7, Duo Touchdown is released, and for the rest of June, a new mode is going to be released every Tuesday, which includes Runaway Train, Bomb War, and Mine Laboratory.
In addition to these four modes, a special rule set will be added to modes like Team Deathmatch to introduce a new dimension of fun.
Smash Legends offers a real-time PvP action game where the playtimes per match are quick. The game is available on PC through Steam, Android, and iOS. It supports cross-play on these platforms.
