It was last week when the Spooky Scorched arrived to make their presence felt in Appalachia. With Halloween just around the corner, something big is happening in Fallout 76. It seems that the Spooky Scorched is recruiting more members to increase their ranks.
From October 30 to November 1, the spawn rate of the Spooky Scorched will be increased. That means more chances to get amazing goodies. If you want to learn more about them, read here.
Meanwhile, the development team revealed in a post that a lot of players have been complaining about the difficulty of trick-or-treating challenges. Fortunately, they have been heard which pushed some changes for this event. The biggest change is that players now only need to give one piece of Mystery Candy each day from their Spooky Candy Bowl to complete the Daily Challenge.
To address this particular change, the whole Spooky Scorched event has been extended by an extra week, now ending November 9.

For PC players who haven’t tried the Night of the Moth Update, there’s still time to do it in the Public Test Server. The upcoming Mothman Equinox Seasonal Event, in particular, can be played every hour at the top of the hour. There are also quality-of-life and public event improvements that players can look into.
Double S.C.O.R.E. Weekend
In addition to meeting more Spooky Scorched, there’s also the Double S.C.O.R.E. Weekend which started October 28 and runs until November 1. This is a good time for those looking to boost their Season rank. That’s because, for each Daily Challenge completed, it rewards twice the usual S.C.O.R.E.
Fallout 76 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
