These 'Pokémon GO' Codes Offer 3 Legendary Pokémon to Catch—Here's How to Use Them

Use these codes and your wild exploration to catch Pokémon GO legendaries.

This is not a drill: Niantic Labs' "Pokémon GO" is now offering fans and players a chance to catch up to three Legendary Pokémon in the game as part of its special event that is now live.

This is called the "Pokémon GO Tour: Unova" event, and it gives players the chance to spot these creatures in the game to add to their roster.

Last year, Niantic Labs began sharing game codes to redeem certain special items and memorabilia for free, and this latest one is one of the company's biggest offers to date.

'Pokémon GO' Codes Offer 3 Legendary Pokémon to Catch

Niantic is offering players a chance to make three Legendary Pokémons part of their roster. From now until March 1, players are eligible for the special offer under the "Pokémon GO Tour: Unova" event, which is now feature Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus.

This new experience is part of the event featuring the "Pokémon" franchise's Generation V, originally featured in the "Pokémon: Black and White" game.

However, it is important to note that this will only be a limited-time event, so gamers are advised to act fast if they want to score the three Legendary Pokémon.

Here's How to Use 'Pokémon GO' Codes for Unova Tour

To get the three Legendary Pokémon from Generation V, players have to enter the code on the "Pokémon GO" web store to redeem them. The codes as follows:

  • Landorus Timed Research - 9PTA874LYDAJH
  • Thundurus Timed Research - 4Q4UZLY6MUH9K
  • Tornadus Timed Research - 4RD3GGA4ZMEGP

Players have to sign in to their "Pokémon GO" accounts to redeem the codes, but there are also other special requirements before getting a chance to face these Pokémon and catch them.

First, players need to complete the Unova region Pokedex and catch all 156 Pokémon that were introduced in the region. Once that has been completed, players will then be able to unlock the Incarnate forms of Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus, according to GameRant.

There are other experiences to enjoy under this special event, with a Special Research called "It's Not Over Yet" allowing players to choose between Reshiram or Zekrom-themed rewards. The Special Research will begin by March 1 at 10:00 a.m., which is also the expected end time for the Bonus Timed Research offers.

Pokémon GO and Its AR Real-World Experiences

The support for "Pokémon GO" is still alive after all these years, and Niantic Labs has since been treating players with massive experiences for the renowned AR game.

For example, Niantic recently shared a Valentine's 2025-themed event on "Pokémon GO," featuring the Love Cup and the Master League.

Now, the game is focusing on the famed "Generation V Unova," with three Legendary Pokémon for players to catch.
