Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War May 6 update brings new content for you to try out this weekend. The update brings a new weapon, playlist changes for MP and Zombies, stability fixes, and more. The new weapon added is CARV.2 Tactical Rifle and you can unlock it by purchasing the “Plastik Prototype” Store Bundle or by completing in-game challenges. CARV.2 is a burst-fire weapon ideal for mid-range combat, however, it will do the job at long range as well.
The update adds the Yamantau + Diesel 24/7 playlist that lets you play Seasons 3's three new maps in TDM, Domination, Kill Confirmed, and Hardpoint. The said playlist is available in Hardcore mode as well. The patch fixed stability issues concerning tracer rounds and challenges in Firebase Z. A rare stability issue regarding zombie spawning on Outbreak has been fixed too.
