Having trouble defeating bosses in the new Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible raid in World of Warcraft? Blizzard has nerfed a few of them in the June 7 Hotfix to make things a bit easier in Normal and Heroic difficulties.
Zskarn is a new raid boss in World of Warcraft that uses traps to deal damage to those who are brave enough to face him. That said, Shrapnel Bomb may have been too effective in taking players out, so the company reduced its initial damage and damage-over-time (DOT) by a whopping 50% on Normal and Heroic. Players who accidentally trigger the bomb are now likely to survive the initial blast due to the adjustment.
Neltharion has been a bit naughty since release because he immediately hits players after casting Calamitous Strike. This will almost always eliminate non-tank players because Calamitous Strike increases physical damage taken by 200%. Apparently, this action was not intended and was actually caused by a pesky bug. Players who have been dying a lot because of this can now breathe a sigh of relief thanks to the June 7 update.
The final boss of the raid, Scalecommander Sarkareth, received some adjustments to make him a bit easier to defeat for smaller raiding teams. For instance, Sarkareth's HP has decreased by 6% in 10-player raids. Furthermore, the Oblivion debuff that players may get in this encounter has its damage per tick reduced by 50%.
