We got our first look at Wild Dog, Artemis and Mr. Terrific in costume last week. Now, we have a full on Arrow Season 5 trailer that showcases Wild Dog in action and gives a closer look at another new Star City vigilante: Ragman.
The premiere episode trailer has Felicity telling Oliver it’s time to move on from all that happened in Season 4. In an effort to do so, Oliver tells Thea he’s forming a new team. It was previously thought only Wild Dog, Artemis and Mr. Terrific would join, but this latest clip suggests Ragman (played by Joe Dinicol) could be working with Team Arrow as well. Whether he’s a real member or just an occasional sub remains to be seen. In the comics, Ragman (aka Rory Regan) draws upon mystical powers by the corrupted souls entrenched within his suit.
Arrow Season 5 villains Prometheus and Tobias Church are briefly featured too. As Oliver recruits his new team, so does Tobias Church. “The Green Arrow cannot be stopped unless we all work together,” the crime lord says in the trailer.
We still have yet to see Star City’s new district attorney, Adrian Chase (played by Josh Segarra) in any of the new footage. Whether he will take on his alter-ego, The Vigilante, remains to be seen. Oliver also has also found a new bodyguard in Human Target (played by Wil Traval) who we haven't met yet either.
Arrow Season 5 premieres Oct. 5.
