Bloons TD Battles 2 Update 1.8 is coming to Android, iOS, and PC soon. This patch will bring balancing adjustments to certain towers in the game.
The Monkey Sub is a military-class tower in Bloons TD Battles 2 that can reveal Camo bloons when it submerges. That said, one of its upgrades called the Energizer is interesting because it boosts the amount of XP gained by all heroes in its area of effect. In Update 1.8, all heroes within the Monkey Sub’s range will level up 75% faster, up from the 50% increased XP gain previously.
Another tower that got buffed in Update 1.8 is the Alchemist. Transforming Tonic, one of the Alchemist’s many upgrades, allows it to transform into a laser-shooting monster with increased attack speed. It also has the ability to pop lead bloons while in this state.
Anyway, in the upcoming patch, the Alchemist's Transforming Tonic upgrade has its pierce value increased from six to nine. Moreover, the ability rate is reduced from 0.03 seconds to just 0.024 seconds.
In addition, players will find cosmetics introduced in previous seasons of Bloons TD Battles 2 at the in-game shop once Update 1.8 goes live.

- xx4 Full Auto Rifle: $4,750 > $4,600
- xx5 Flying Fortress: darts now deal +10 bonus damage to MOAB class
