Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare was last updated about a week ago, but the fine folks at Infinity Ward intend to keep adding content to the game. A fresh blog post details a slight delay for custom emblems, a new Mission Team and a whole lot more.
The post itself gets a little chatty so we’ll break it down to its most interesting bits.
- 360-degree rotation to Combat Rig models in menus so you can see your gear from all angles.
- Regular Quartermaster updates and new Quartermaster features
- Custom emblems are now due in mid-March instead of late February. Final testing is being done to make sure the feature is ready.
- A new Mission Team. Leaks from January suggested it may be called Blood Anvil.
- Increased prestige levels
- A new scorestreaks feature
- A community poll to pick weekly featured playlists
In addition to these assumed immediate updates, the Infinite Warfare team has also said its members are hard at work on upcoming DLC packs as well. A second Zombies chapter and multiplayer map pack are planned for a PS4 reveal fairly soon. Xbox One and PC are expected to get January’s Sabotage content in early to mid-March. Will its wide release align with custom emblems, perhaps?
Speaking of DLC, to follow up on our previous post, all Sabotage maps have been added to regular playlist rotations on PS4. That means you’re no longer stuck on specific modes if you’d like to play Neon, Noir, Renaissance or Dominion.
Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
