The BLAST Premier match between Natus Vincere and Astralis has concluded. The matchup between the two teams was played in a best of three series.
Nuke was the first map of the series. Na'Vi started the match with a strong 4-0 lead with Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov on six kills. Astralis then started to make a comeback with Emil "Magisk" Reif and Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander fragging out enemies and getting 13 kills by Round 11.
Magisk got several opening picks and made ways that allowed Astralis to win multiple rounds. But Na'Vi's Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev made an impressive play on Round 23, where he held B site with an AWP and managed to get a triple kill. Then gla1ve clutched an insane 1v2 situation on Round 24, against an AK and AWP player. If Na'Vi just played safe, they could have taken the round with ease. Still, Na'Vi won the first map with a 16-12 scoreline.
The final map was Inferno and it showed how Na'Vi demolished Astralis. Astralis managed to win three rounds by Round 6, but after that, Na'Vi just started hitting all their shots and holding crossfires. Boombl4 finished the first half with 19 kills carrying Na'Vi on Inferno.
Na'Vi continued their streak without losing a single round in the final map, yet the matches came close especially when they had to always clutch or make do-or-die plays to win. Na'Vi won the match against Astralis with a 16-5 scoreline, which was quite entertaining to watch.
