Dota 2's latest patch, gameplay update 7.25c, brings a whole lot of buffs and nerfs for multiple heroes. Several items were tweaked and the selection menu also received a few changes. From now on, if a hero is picked by two players at the same time, then the hero will be banned and the selection round will start again. The selection round timer has also been reduced by five seconds.
Mana capacity of Harmy Stormcrafter is reduced from 150 to 125. Ring of Regen and Soul Ring’s health regen rates were also reduced by 0.25, whereas Headdress and Makansm’s regen rate saw a reduction of 0.5. Vladimir's Offering cost is increased to 550 from the previous 450 and the cost for Dust of Appearance is reduced by 10.
