Football fans are surely happy with the launch of EA Sports FIFA 23. One of the things that players can expect is the HyperMotion2 gameplay technology to deliver incredible action, realism, and authenticity. There’s also cross-play and innovations introduced in fan-favorite modes.
FIFA 23 is available on PC through the EA app, Origin, Epic Games Store and Steam, and on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
In a statement, SVP and GM of EA SPORTS FC Nick Wlodyka revealed that with this game, they’re bringing to fans worldwide what could be the most authentic and immersive football experience in a FIFA title. In addition to HyperMotion2, he added that they also incorporated women’s club football, as well as having at least 300 partners in the world of football.
HyperMotion2 Technology
With HyperMotion2 gameplay technology, the game can deliver realism to players each time they step on the pitch. Experience new acceleration, dribbling, and even the composed ball striking mechanics.
Another reason to be excited is the use of cutting-edge and a proprietary machine learning algorithm that brings football realism to another level. By learning from a cumulative 9.2 million frames of advanced match capture, this algorithm can write new animations in real time and create natural and realistic football motion through different interactions on the pitch.
Innovations Introduced
The game features cross-play for players on the same platform generation. This allows them to connect with friends and compete in 1v1 modes, such as FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) and Online Friendlies.
In addition, FUT 23 introduces players to a new way to play the game. Known as “FUT Moments,” it uses scenario-based challenges and offers players new ways to progress through the mode. A complete refresh of the FUT chemistry system, meanwhile, promotes squad-building flexibility for fans to build their ultimate team in their own way.
Women’s Club Football
Another reason to be happy in this game is that for the first time in EA Sports FIFA history, players can now experience the game with women’s club teams in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League and Division 1 Arkema.
