Africa has long been known as the birthplace of humanity and a land said to have untold wealth and variety. All of these are coming to the Origins immersion pack of Europa Universalis IV on November 11, priced at $9.99.
Origins offer players new African missions that should add greater variety as well as new goals for some of the continent’s most powerful nations.
The Origins pack adds these to the game:
- Jewish Religion
- The Ethiopian Jews of Beta Israel are included in the pack with Jewish nations being able to choose from nine religious characteristics to highlight their national strengths.
- Missions for Mali
- Find a way to stop the decline of the greatest medieval empire in West Africa. Be sure to reassert control of former vassals.

- Develop the provinces and claim the mantles of Mali and Timbuktu as the new rising power.

Europa Universalis IV was released back in 2013 on PC. This strategy game has players control a nation from the Late Middle Ages and all the way to the early modern period.
