It's that time of the year again when everyone in Appalachia says goodbye to Old Man Winter and welcomes springtime. That's right! Pull out that favorite mask and put on a festive outfit since it's Fasnacht Day again in Fallout 76. This seasonal event starts February 10 and runs until February 22.
To start the event, players need to go to Helvetia (every hour at the top of the hour) and talk to the Master of Ceremonies. After that, they need to team up with other players and help the Protectrons with the party preparation. A lot of things are going to happen like decorating the barn, playing a tune, and even gathering the ingredients for the feast. There's also a parade which is capped by lighting the ceremonial bonfire at the end of it.
Remember that the more Protectron marchers able to survive the parade, the better the chances are of getting those rare rewards. These include the Fasnacht-themed gear that can be used on the C.A.M.P. or any of the Fasnacht Masks.
Join the PTS
Good news for those who have the PC version of the game on Steam. The Public Test Server has been expanded to include players on this platform. To join, simply install the “Fallout 76 Public Test Server” client. This is free by the way.
For those who aren’t sure where to start, just keep a lookout for the new “Invaders from Beyond” Seasonal Event. This upcoming event entered the PTS back in early January. It's about out of this world mysterious beings that arrived in Appalachia with plans to steal the brainwaves from everyone. The goal is to prevent the alien scum from completing their research, which means everyone needs to work together.
