With the release of Fortnite’s latest chapter, Fortnite Creative has also received new features and improvements. In Update v19.00, you can implement new in-game mechanics, such as sliding downhill and faster recovery when helping a downed teammate.
New Battle Royale items are introduced as well. Those who prefer firing at enemies from afar may like the Ranger Assault Rifle. If you prefer an effective weapon at close range, the Striker Pump Shotgun will not disappoint.
Some prefabs and gallery updates are here too. There are seven new prefabs - four of which are background buildings, and the other three are large single asset sand dunes that can be used as background scenery.
As for the gallery, there are 10 background building galleries, Background Sand Dune, Snow Dune, and Tan Cliff Cave. Furthermore, larger versions of certain shapes in the Glass Props Gallery have been added.

- Squad Interact
- Faster recovery when two or more members of the squad help a downed teammate
- Sliding
- Run downhill and slide. You can shoot at enemies while sliding and can potentially evade enemy fire
- MK-Seven Assault Rifle
- Built from The Seven’s technology, the MK-Seven Assault Rifle is a medium- to long-range weapon with a high rate of fire.
- Auto Shotgun
- An automatic ally that lays down some serious firepower.
- Stinger SMG
- Appropriately named, the Stinger SMG deals high damage to both opponents and structures.
- Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper
- The Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper deals high damage and can shoot three shots per clip.
- Fixed an issue where the collectibles in the Collectibles Gallery were no longer playing audio or visual effects when collected
- Fixed an issue where the new coin and music note collectibles were not counting towards collection based objectives
- Fixed an issue that caused the VFX device to use more memory than intended
- Added 2 new islands:
- Survival Island with Caves: A balanced island with caves
- Survival Island with Caves Empty: A balanced island with caves and no foliage
- Fixed an issue on the Arctic Island where the snow piles would make wood SFX when being walked on
- Fixed an issue that caused the UFO fly prompt to not appear
Fortnite Creative Update v19.00 is now available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
