'Fortnite' x 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Leak Claims Crossover Will Bring New Villains, Turtles Skins

Epic Games has not been shy when it comes to collaborating with renowned action, comics, and superhero franchises, with "Fortnite" previously featuring the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" in the battle royale game.

A new leak has now claimed that the two titles with crossover once again, bringing new cosmetics, bundles, skins, and more for gamers to look forward to.

As groups and friends suit up as their favorite Turtle, they may soon face their famed comic book and animated show villains in the game as well, featuring the most iconic threats in New York City.

'Fortnite' x 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Leak Points to New Crossover

Trusted leaker FNBRintel on X has shared new information about the upcoming crossover on "Fortnite," which is set to feature the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" yet again. According to the leak, new skins will made available for players to enjoy.

This comes after the arrival of Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello, and even April O'Neill to the battle royale almost two years ago.

However, this time, the crossover will reportedly focus on other iconic characters from the famed franchise, including Bebop, Rocksteady, and Krang. Bebop is the mutated warthog who is known to always come as a pair with the also-mutated rhinoceros, Rocksteady. Both are well-known as the henchmen of the Turtles' archenemy, Shredder.

On the other hand, Krang is an alien from the so-called Dimension X, an Utrom which appears in a humanoid body and is also known for his ties with Shredder.

The trio will reportedly get the chance to form a team with Shredder on "Fortnite" as the franchise's most iconic villain also made its way to the battle royale last year via the Battle Pass.

What to Expect From the Reported 'Fortnite' x 'TMNT'

According to ComicBook Gaming, these three recurring villains have made significant waves as adversaries of the heroic Turtles over the years in various depictions like its comics, TV series, and video games, making it only ideal for them to jump to "Fortnite." However, this has remained unconfirmed by Epic Games as of writing.

Several "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" fans are disappointed with the leak, according to reports. This is because, should this be accurate, it focused on the Turtles' villains instead of a more popular and beloved character in the franchise, Casey Jones.

Over the past years, Jones has been one of the most famous characters on "TMNT," serving as one of their long-time allies, alongside Master Splinter and April O'Neill.

Additionally, the report from ComicBook Gaming speculates on what version of Bebop, Rocksteady, and Krang will appear on "Fortnite," particularly as these villains have been part of recent movie adaptations of "TMNT." Based on the report, Epic Games may opt to feature the comic-accurate versions of these characters.
