Epic Games is adding to its "Fortnite" collaborations on a regular basis, and this includes new animated series. According to a new leak, the Korean animated series "Solo Leveling" is set to crossover soon.
It is expected that this crossover will bring lots of content from the anime to the battle island.
'Fortnite' Leak: 'Solo Leveling' Is Coming to Battle Royale
A well-known leaker, Nick Baker, has shared news about the reported new crossover that "Fortnite" will offer, saying that "Solo Leveling" is the next in line for the game.
The leaker claimed that an anonymous source had sent them a message regarding "Solo Leveling's" arrival to the battle royale game.
ComicBook Gaming reported that "Solo Leveling" was considered for a crossover because of its immense popularity since it aired its first episode in January 2024. Moreover, it is important to note that "Solo Leveling" has surpassed "One Piece" in Crunchyroll as the most popular anime show.
What made this more iconic is that "Solo Leveling" is a franchise that hails from South Korea, and it was originally released as a manhwa, which is the east Asian country's version of a Japanese manga. The Korean anime has recently been making a name for itself and may open up future developments for other manhwas.
Here Are the Rumored Characters Joining 'Fortnite'
The leak did not reveal any specific characters that "Fortnite" and Epic Games are planning to focus on to showcase in this rumored crossover. However, the report from ComicBook Gaming shared speculations on which characters will arrive at "Fortnite."
Presumably, "Solo Leveling's" main protagonist, Sung Jin-Woo, will be among those who will have a special featured skin on "Fortnite," Furthermore, other key and popular characters like Cha Hae-in, Lee Joo-hee, and more may also make their debut on "Fortnite" for this crossover.
There are also speculations that the latest Jeju Island arc from the animated series may also be featured, particularly the antagonist that was recently introduced, the Ant King, also known as "Beru."
With the Ant King's menacing presence, it may earn a beast spot in the game, similar to how "Fortnite" previously treated King Kong, Godzilla, and more.
