On Grey’s Anatomy Season 13, episode 12, which airs at 8 p.m. EST Thursday on ABC, viewers will learn what happened to Alex. Meredith spent most of episode 11 looking for Alex, only to find he was hiding out at her home the entire time, sleeping in her bed.
At the end of episode 9, Alex intended to accept a plea deal for is impending trial; however, Meredith convinced him to reconsider. Now it remains undertain whether Alex is on the run from the law.
Drama at the hospital heats up as several doctors try to protect Dr. Webber from having his job taken over by another doctor. Dr. Eliza Minnick has been hired to revamp the hospital’s residency program, but several doctors do not like her new methods.
An episode 12 sneak peek shows April trying to get Katherine Avery (a Grey Sloan Memorial board member) and Dr. Webber’s wife on board. However, Katherine tells April it is not her battle to fight.
But Meredith is very much involved in that battle, and is refusing to work with Minnick. This resistance may cause trouble for Meredith. The episode 12 promo shows Chief Bailey telling Meredith to go home.
