On How To Get Away With Murder Season 3 episode 11, which airs at 10 p.m. EST Thursday on ABC, Frank has confessed to killing Wes, but there is a possibility that he has just done so in order to get Annalise out of jail.
The District Attorney Rene Atwood has charged Annalise with Wes’ murder and she was was denied bail in episode 10. Annalise is not doing well in prison, with promos showing officers attempting to restrain her. During her time in jail, Annalise has been reluctant to eat food or use the bathroom around other inmates.
A sneak peek also shows Bonnie promising Annalise she would soon be freed now that Frank turned himself in. A visibly upset Annalise tells Bonnie that she promised her she would be out of jail quickly after her bail hearing but failed.
Will Annalise survive her time in jail? We will find out in the upcoming Season 3 episode 11, called “ Not Everything's About Annalise ,” which is best viewed on television or live online through ABC Live.
Though Frank has been arrested, no one is convinced that he killed Wes. The remaining Keating Five are determined to find out the details of Frank’s arrest and decide that they must hack the DA’s office.
Meanwhile, Nate goes to talk to Laurel as part of the DA’s investigation. He asks her how long she’s known about her pregnancy. Apparently, Frank told police that he killed Wes because he found out about Laurel’s pregnancy and assumed Wes was the father. Wes and Laurel were dating at the time of his death, while Frank is he ex-boyfriend.
