A new update is now live in The King of Fighters ALLSTAR, which marks the start of the collaboration with Tekken 7. There are new playable characters to try out, new battle cards to obtain, and new events to join.
This new collaboration adds Hwoarang (Blue Element/Attack Type) as a new playable EX fighter to the game. This Taekwondo master can increase Tekken Fighter's ATK by 65%. Meanwhile, his Special Skill increases ATK SPD by 10% for seven seconds when using active skills and has a cooldown of 10 seconds. This same skill also deals Physical DMG equal to 120% of ATK when a Critical Hit lands.
Also added as a new EX fighter is the Irish assassin Nina Williams (Yellow Element/Defense Type). Her attributes not only increase Tekken Fighter’s ATK by 60% but also decreases Tag Cooldowns by two seconds. Her Special Skill increases ATK by 18% if HP is 50% or higher and increases Critical DMG and DEF by 10% for five seconds upon landing an attack, for up to five stacks.
Battle Cards
The new collab also brings new Tekken 7 collab battle cards (Special/Option/Set). These cards increase ATK by 2%, Active Skill DMG by 4.5%, and Critical DMG by 6%. They can also increase Critical Rate by 5% and Critical DMG by 20% for 10 seconds upon usage.
In-Game Events
As part of the new collab, players can join different in-game events and get special rewards. These include:
- Boss Showdown: Devil Jin
- This new Boss Challenge offers players to clear the stage by applying different penalties that give points.
- Stages can be cleared according to the points received along with special rewards.
- Paul in Wonderland Rush Dungeon
- Players can collect and exchange coins for various items by clearing each stage in this dungeon.
- Upon completion of a round, players receive the Collab Fighter Soul Random Box and Rubies.
- Tekken 7 Collaboration 2nd Round Dice Event
- Using Dice Points, players can move Alisa and obtain various rewards depending on where she lands.
- Rewards include the Collab Affinity Mystery Box and Awaken EXP Box, along with other items.
- Additional Events
- New themed events such as Check-in, Tekken Crafting, Event Codex, and more are also available.
In King of Fighters ALLSTAR, players fight against waves of enemies, giant bosses, and rival fighter teams. There are more than 130 fighters to collect from KOF '94 to KOF XIV. King of Fighters ALLSTAR is available on the App Store and Google Play.
