If you're looking for a challenging brawl then head on over to The King of Fighters ALLSTAR. Its latest collaboration features many of the fighters from the Samurai Showdown franchise. Players can log-in, collect the fighters, and take part in a limited-time event. This collaboration is available until March 16.
There are a total of six fighters available for players to access. Beginning on February 25, players can immediately access both Haohmaru and Nakoruru. Then on March 3, Charlotte and Genjuro are going to be available. Finally on March 10, a Nakoruru variant is going to be unlocked for everyone to collect. There are also two legacy fighters from the Samurai Showdown series that can be collected by completing these events:
- Tachibana Ukyo
- Complete the Super Mission in order to collect this fighter. Players can also special cards, souls, and even different growth items for the Fighter.
- Amakusa
- Finish the Score Dungeon and earn coins to exchange for Amakusa.
There are also affinity items and other growth items available.
Other events include Time Attack, where players can use Samurai Shodown fighters to play. There's also the Access Event where daily log-in rewards that include Samurai Shodown-themed Battle Card tickets, Gold, Souls, and even Growth Items.
Aside from the Samurai Shodown collaboration, there is also a special Roulette Event where players get the chance to have the '98 Mai Shiranui. Players can also look forward to a new chapter for the Epic Quest, which arrives on March 4.
The King of Fighters ALLSTAR is a fighting action game with role-playing elements. It was first released in Japan in 2018 and had a worldwide release last October.The game has players fight across waves of enemies, giant bosses, and rival fighter teams. Enhancing the excitement further are the lightning-fast animations, bold colors, and of course, cutting-edge graphics. The game has many of the franchise fighters from King of Fighter ’94 and all the way to King of Fighters 14. That means more than 130 Fighters are available.
