We’re halfway through TFT Reckoning and the devs have just released a new update that nerfs Soraka, Nidalee, Katarina, and Yasuo. But it also introduces some buffs and certain changes to other champions.
Teamfight Tactics Patch 11.13 is now available and developer Riot Games fine-tunes some aspects of the game.
Champion Nerfs
The headline change is the nerf to Soraka. As Renewers become the go-to in the current meta, many thanks to Soraka, her healing and mana generation are nerfed.
Soraka’s Mana Reave increase is now a flat 35% across the board instead of 50% at the max level. Alongside the nerf to Renewer Chase trait, this would make Soraka be more in line with other carries in the game.
Three-cost carries like Yasuo, Nidalee, and Katarina have been nerfed as well. Katarina’s Sinister Blade now deals lower damage. Nidalee’s base attack damage is reduced to 50 from 65. Yasuo’s Burning Blade Damage and Burning Blade Stacking on-hit damage are reduced to 250/350/700 and 25/35/70, respectively.
Item Changes
Sacrificial Infinity Edge is reworked. The item used to deal 3% true damage to the holder based on their maximum health in every critical hit. Now, it deals the same damage for every basic attack and ability cast.
Ionic Spark’s damage is buffed to 250% of the caster’s mana and the Eclipse Cape’s Self Burn now only happens on the first eight seconds of combat instead of the combat’s entirety.

- Magnetic Remover and Reforger can no longer appear in the Armory
- Two Full Items + Two Special Item Armory replaced with Four Full Items Armory
- Chances of a 4-2 Armory have been increased
- Changes of a 5-2 Armory have been decreased

- Skirmisher 6 and 9 will receive increased shields, 25/40/60% to 25/45/75% Max Health
- CHAMPIONS TIER 1
- Kled now gains bonus damage every 4th attack even while mounted
- Kled Attack Speed increased from 0.7 to 0.75
- Poppy Max Mana Buff decreased from 40/80 to 30/70
- CHAMPIONS TIER 2
- Trundle Mana Adjusted from 0/60 to 30/80
- Kennen Starting Mana Buff base increased from 50 to 60 (Max at 125)
- CHAMPIONS TIER 3
- Nidalee’s Aspect of the Cougar is reworked. While in Cougar Form, Nidalee gains 45% Dodge chance, 40/50/75% Attack Speed, and her attacks become melee attacks that deal 200/300/600 bonus magic damage every 4th attack
- Yasuo Burning Blade damage decreased to 250/350/700
- CHAMPIONS TIER 4
- Ryze Attack Speed increased from 0.75 to 0.8
- Ryze’s empowered Rune Prison now stuns secondary targets for half the stun duration (0.75/1/2). The main target is still stunned for the full duration (1.5/2/4)
- CHAMPIONS TIER 5
- Kayle Health increased from 500 to 650
- Kayle Attack Damage increased from 60 to 75
- Kayle Attack Speed increased from 1.0 to 1.1
- Kayle Number of Attacks per Immunity increased from 10 to 15
- Kayle Ascension 4 AOE Spell damage decreased from 200/300/10000 to 80/125/4000
- Sacrificial Infinity Edge is reworked. Grants 75% Critical Strike Chance (including components). Each point of Critical Strike Chance above 100% becomes +1% Critical Strike Damage. The holder also gains 30% Critical Strike Damage. Each time the holder attacks or casts their Ability, they take true damage equal to 3% of their max Health.
- Ionic Spark Damage is increased from 200% to 250% of the caster’s mana
- Eclipse Cape Self Burn: Only activates on the first 8 seconds of combat.
