Are you a puzzle game fanatic that enjoyed Lumines Remastered? If you are, you’re in for a wonderful surprise.
Fans of Lumines Remastered now have a chance to bring a physical copy of the title back home with them, which is getting a limited release courtesy of Limited Run Games.
Lumines Remastered originally launched for the PlayStation Portable back in 2004, and was titled Lumines: Puzzle Fusion. It combined puzzle elements found in the original Lumines games with rhythm elements by adding music, making it one of the more innovative titles in the puzzle genre. The title will be coming back for a brief stint as a stunning physical release that has never been made available until now. Lumines Remastered was launched in June last year, but only as a digital title, and was also made available for the PC and the Xbox One.
Pre-orders for all the physical versions both PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch will open on April 26, at 10 a.m. EDT and will finalize on May 10. There are several editions available, including both Dexlue and Ultimate editions for both PS4 and Switch. All versions come with a copy of the game.
The Standard Edition for both consoles can be ordered as many times as you want as long as the stocks last. The Deluxe Edition, however, is restricted to only two per customer, while the Ultimate Edition is restricted to one each. Buyers of the Deluxe Edition will also get a double LP vinyl soundtrack with the deluxe color variant and a premium rigid box to house both the game and soundtrack. The Ultimate Edition has everything the Deluxe Edition has to offer, plus a few more extras: a certificate of authenticity hand-signed and individually numbered by series creator Tetsuya Mizuguchi, a Lumines Remastered enamel logo pin and a keychain.
