The latest rumor involving "Marvel Rivals" claims that Deadpool may be added to the game, along with Hit-Monkey and MODOK.
'Marvel Rivals' Leak Deadpool's Upcoming Arrival in the Game
A new rumor is now circulating online from XOXLEAK, and according to their latest post on X, one of the biggest characters in the Marvel Universe and the MCU's beloved anti-hero, Deadpool, is coming to "Marvel Rivals."
The leaker only shared fan art of the characters joining the game, but the information was based on datamined lines from various characters who have hinted at these characters.
In the latest leak, voice lines found in "Marvel Rivals" talk about these new characters who are joining the game, according to the leaks, with Spider-Man referring to Deadpool as the "loosest canon." In the comics, it is known that Peter Parker's Spider-Man and Deadpool have had many run-ins and partnerships, with this voice line heavily referring to the Regenerating Degenerate.
According to ComicBook Gaming's report, the already available characters in "Marvel Rivals" have been addressing and referencing these yet-to-be-released characters. The voice lines have also been verified to be the legitimate voices of the actors behind these characters, with these heavily hinting at the next heroes and villains to join the roster.
Hit-Monkey, MODOK to Join Deadpool in 'Marvel Rivals' Debut
Alongside Deadpool, two other Marvel comic book characters are reportedly joining the roster on "Marvel Rivals." First, there is a subtle hint that Hit-Monkey will be joining based on an exclamation made by Frank Castle's The Punisher, who can be heard saying farewell to the ape in what seems to be his goodbye message to the new character.
On the other hand, Captain America also downplays a character with a "big brain," and it is believed to be a reference to the Marvel Comics' iconic villain, the "Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing" (MODOK).

'Marvel Rivals' and Its Resounding Success in the Industry
Two months in, NetEase's "Marvel Rivals" has already made a significant impact in the entire gaming industry and the arena-based shooter genre. It now boasts of over 20 million players engaging in an all-out PvP action shooter featuring their favorite Marvel heroes and villains, which recently introduced the Fantastic Four.
However, it remains unknown when NetEase will release a new update to the game as there are still no confirmations from its developers.
