Overwatch is known for continuously tweaking its heroes so that each character is as balanced as can be. However, sometimes this is hard to achieve. Take Moira, for example. The devs at Blizzard have reworked Moira for the second time, so let’s hope that this is the final overhaul. That said, the Moira changes are only live on the Overwatch Eperimental mode, and have not been pushed to the main live build as of yet.

Moira's Biotic Grasp attack angle has been reduced by 37 percent and the cooldown for her Fade ability is increased to eight seconds. Her Biotic Orb received the most changes. The orb will now stick to enemies and not pierce them, and will only do damage when it actually hits the target. The Orb will deal 60DPS and will stick to players for three seconds. From now on, the Orb will bounce one time and its speed is increased from 20 to 25. Several other characters were also buffed and nerfed.
