Most PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds fans are still exploring the changes from June’s monthly update and enjoying the improved server performance it delivered. But some PUBG players are already trying to uncover the next wave of content for Bluehole’s popular battle royale shooter. And data miners have unearthed more than 50 unannounced items in the latest build of the game.
The gear was discovered by redditor DevinWatson, one of the 164,000-plus people subscribed to the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds subreddit, and in-game assets were published on Imgur. They’re all incomplete (some more than others) but some of the discoveries might surprise the average PUBG player. One even managed to capture our imagination.

An orange exosuit is also getting a fair amount of attention from the press. But there’s diverse array of regular clothing options too, including new hats, shirts, pants, shorts and skirts. There was also non-wearable gear, including a blue duffle bag and an unmarked syringe. And there’s even some spiked leather for all you Mad Max fans out there. DevinWatson didn’t uncover any new weapons during his deep dive. But it’s also not clear how much of the stuff he/she did find will actually make it into the game. Eurogamer was able to confirm that many of the items found in the current build of PUBG are classified internally as “work in progress.” But ongoing interest in those items doesn’t guarantee Bluehole will find
