QuakeCon 2021 is just a few days away and like the previous, there’s a lot of things available for everyone. Day one of the three-day event, for example, is pretty much all about the Developer Panels. Other events sure to up the excitement level of the fans are scheduled as well. This year’s QuakeCon kicks off on August 19 and ends August 21.
QuakeCon is an annual convention organized by ZeniMax Media as a way to promote its major game franchises. The name is taken from one of the games, Quake. The first ever convention was done way back in 1996.
As mentioned, there are many signature developer panels for QuakeCon 2021 on the first day, which is August 19. These include:

A Revitalized Edition?
There are also other panels that fans can enjoy. One of these is “Let’s talk Quake” on August 20 at 10:30 a.m. ET. Headlining this panel is John Linneman from Digital Foundry as he talks to Jerk Gustafsson of Machine Games on the iconic legacy of Quake. However, what excited many fans was the fact that the description also said something about the “revitalized edition.” That may have been a bit on the spoiler side because when you look at the schedule over at the official site, that particular sentence is no longer there. Still, it would indeed be exciting if that is the case. You can watch that panel discussion here.

Of course, it wouldn't be QuakeCon without the freebies. For this year, some of the highlights are:
