Rick and Morty Season 2 ended Oct. 4, 2015 with “The Wedding Squanchers,” a consequential episode that found Earth a newly minted member of the Galactic Federation and Rick Sanchez in Galactic prison. It’s been nearly a year since the end of Season 2 and we still have months to go until Rick and Morty Season 3’s anticipated late 2016 premiere date. It’s been a long, Rick and Morty-less drought, but that’s about to change with the Blu-ray release of Rick and Morty Season 2, plus the newly announced release date for new episodes to become available for streaming on Hulu.
All of Rick and Morty Season 2 will be available for streaming on Hulu beginning June 26. But if you can’t wait that long, the Season 2 Blu-ray goes on sale June 7 and will include special features like animatics and commentary for every episode.

While the first season of Rick and Morty was phenomenal, Season 2 stepped it up in every way. Some of the highlights of Season 2 included:
The series’ best-yet episode, “Total Rickall”
Devastating insights into Rick’s essential loneliness and estrangement from his family
A sequel to “Rixty Minutes,” “Interdimensional Cable 2: Tempting Fate” that proved wayyyy better than the original
A bloody and graphic rewrite of The Purge that should be required Halloween viewing for the rest of time
We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Rick and Morty Season 3.
