The combat camera in the third-person action game Soulstice received massive improvements in Update 1.0.4, now available on all platforms.
The camera now prioritizes targets in front of you, rather than selecting those behind larger enemies. Besides that, the camera now moves quickly when you’re in Locked Mode, making it less clunky than it was before.
Another major improvement to Soulstice’s combat camera is that obstacles are now automatically blocked so that they don't obstruct your vision. This is quite useful because the game relies on you successfully completing combos to defeat the enemy.
Additionally, the performance of in-game cinematics has been enhanced, perhaps improving the frame rates on consoles and even more so on PC.
