A new season and set of goodies await players in the free-to-play first-person online shooter Warface. The Treasure Hunters season includes a new battle pass progression system, prestige rewards, and weapons up for grabs!
New Progression System
The Warface dev team made some significant changes to the battle pass progression system. First of all, they imposed a weekly cap on quests, so from now on, players can only take up to 10 active tasks per week. Players can choose to complete all of them in one day or spread them throughout the week.
On top of that, battle pass progression has been extended to accommodate the extra XP players will be getting through daily quests. Here's a rundown:
- The XP needed to complete the main progression will be raised from 27,525 to 33,035.
- The XP needed to complete a class contract will be raised from 21,000 to 29,250.
- The XP needed to go through an additional BP level will be raised from 2,000 to 2,500.
Even though some might not like the changes, the Treasure Hunters battle pass contains pretty good weapons that might entice players to enjoy Warface regardless.
New Weapons
Two new series of weapons are included in this season's battle pass. The "Abyss" weapons are quite distinct in that they're decorated with ornaments reminiscent of the pirate era. This is to remind players of the dangers that lurk in the deep sea.
The "Deep" series of weapons are designed with the ocean in mind. Each weapon in this series is decorated with foamy waves and underwater trinkets - a perfect combination of the beauty and danger that the open water presents.
Here's a list of the weapons in the Treasure Hunters battle pass:
