In Grey’s Anatomy Season 12 episode 24, Amelia gets cold feet about marrying Owen after some people she cares about refuse to attend her wedding. It is not yet certain who these people are; however, they are likely members of her family.
An episode 24 preview shows Meredith and Maggie outside of the bathroom door in Meredith’s house, while Amelia has locked herself inside. Maggie seems very concerned; however, Meredith isn’t as concerned, explaining she’s witnessed many people locked in her bathroom. Later, Owen comes to talk with Amelia, encouraging her that no one else needs to be at their wedding except the two of them.

While waiting for the bride to emerge, April goes into labor. She is in Meredith’s living room with Ben, who suggests they go to the hospital. However, due to the rain and traffic, April insists it is much safer for her to give birth in a home. So it looks like April and Jackson's baby will have an interesting birth story.
Meanwhile, Jo confesses she has been keeping a secret from Alex, whose marriage proposal she turned down in episode 23 . Arizona and Callie are still struggling with their custody arrangement.
