In Grey’s Anatomy Season 12 episode 23, several couples are expected to take their relationship to the next level. The episode 23 promo suggests fans can expect to see two shocking proposals, while the episode synopsis says Amelia and Owen will get more serious while Alex makes a decision about his relationship situation. Alex proposed to his girlfriend, Jo in episode 8; however, she has yet to accept.
These aren’t the only two love connections in Grey’s Anatomy. Stephanie has been having a fling with Kyle Diaz, a frequent patient of Grey Sloan Memorial who suffers from multiple sclerosis. After hesitating to advance their relationship, Stephanie comes around and Kyle admits his deep feelings for her. In an episode 23 sneak peek, Kyle, who is a musician, suggests Stephanie come on tour with him. She explains she can’t do that because she is a medical resident; however, she hasn’t yet completely accepted or rejected his proposal.
