Valve just released a small update to make a few changes in Dota 2. Update 7.24b is completely focused on balancing issues. The update nerfs a total of five items and 12 heroes. Magic resistance for Bracer is reduced from 5 percent to 4 percent. Chain lightning bounce distance for Maelstrom and Mjollnir is reduced from 900 to 600. Puck’s Waning Rift range is nerfed from 350 to 275, while Void Spirit also saw a reduction in movement speed from 305 to 300. Lifestealer base attack speed is reduced from 140 to 130, while damage is nerfed by three damage points.
