Gwent: The Witcher Card Game Now Available On iOS App Store

Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is now available for iOS devices. Players can download the game for free from the App Store. To celebrate the official launching, players who log-in before November 5 at 6:59 AM ET get to claim a Welcome Pack for free from the in-game store. Opening the pack yields an Ultimate Premium Keg with five animated cards from across the entire card pool, as well as a Mirror Shard, which grants entry to the Arena Mode.

The game is available for both iPhone and iPad.

In the game, players fight with their friends in fast-paced battles, mixing bluffing, careful deck construction, and on-the-fly decision making. Each game is played in a best-of-three format with players slinging spells and diverse units using special abilities, and even clever tricks to deceive opponents.

The iOS version of the game combines the full feature set of the PC version, but with controls reimagined for the touch interface. In addition, all progress and purchases are shared between iOS and PC through the user’s GOG account. It's even possible for iOS players to battle opponents across all other supported platforms.

Developer CD Projekt Red is still working on the Android version of Gwent, which is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2020.
