Hyper Scape may have just been released but there’s already a competitive tournament in the works. A Creators Cup is scheduled to begin tomorrow, July 24. That’s not all as the next two Fridays (July 31 and August 7) are also going to introduce a new phase of the competition. The finals are then set on August 14.
This competition has a select group of streamers facing off against each other in a race to see who can earn the most points and claim the victory, and of course a large share of the $50,000 prize pool. The matches are going to be streamed on Ubisoft’s official Twitch channel here from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM EDT. Matches can also be viewed on the individual channels of the streamers participating.
The tournament has competitors fight it out in the virtual city known as Neo-Arcadia and earn points for kills, match wins, and even Crown wins. Matches are going to be played in the previously mentioned designated time window.
If you’re interested in this competition, here are some thing you need to keep in mind:

Hyper Scape went live on the PC last week after the Ubisoft Forward event. The game has since attracted a lot of attention mainly due to the rather unique urban setting along with an atmosphere that hasn’t been experienced in many Battle Royale games. Read more about that here.
