League of Legends announced that it is all set to conquer the mobile platform with Wild Rift. Even better news, Wild Rift is also going to be released to consoles. All of this is expected to happen in 2020.
League of Legends: Wild Rift isn't simply a mobile version of League of Legends. According to Riot Games, they had to rebuild the game from scratch. This is because they didn't want to simply port the game and wanted Wild Rift to have a feeling that it was designed for new platforms. Riot added that they also took the chace to make improvements to the game with this version. That means players will exprience refreshed models and animations and even new game systems. Fans of the original League of Legends are assured that Wild Rift would still have that core gameplay they are all familiar with.

- Continue to experience that excitement offered by the stratgic and competitive 5v5 gameplay of League of Legends.
- Choose your champiom, take to the Rift, and destory the enemy Nexus in matches that last for 15-20 minutes.

- Wild Rift is a new, yet somehow familiar 5v5 map.
- It is based on the Summoer's Rift of League of Legends, but streamlined to allow for faster games.
- Expect a responsive dual-stick control scheme that has been designed exclusively for new platforms.
- No Impostors
- Wild Rift offers a familiar cast of over 40 champions at launch.
- Compete and Climb
- Master the new Rift and climb the Ranked ladder in order to earn unique loot.

- Customize your champion with skins going across dozens of themes.

- All champs can be earned for free.
League of Legends: Wild Rift is currently being developed so there is no final specifications set. For iOS, it is expected to run with iPhone 5S or later. For Android, Riot hopes that it's going to be compatible with a Samsung Galaxy A7: 1GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, and Adreno 306 GPU.
