The news of a re-release of both Marvel Ultimate Alliance games at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con were met with joy before the ports to PC, PS4 and Xbox one were torn apart by angry customers . Players took note of sound issues, controller problems (especially on PC) and the lack of DLC.
But it seems that the DLC problem has finally been fixed.
Marvel Games creative director, Bill Rosemann, promised back in July that he and the Activision team were in talks to rectify the problems. Almost a month later, Rosemann gave players a new update on his Twitter account.
That’s right, all of the DLC from the first Marvel Ultimate Alliance will be available for free.
Fans greeted the $40 each ($60 for both) price tag with outrage, especially when the DLC was not included in the package deal, which is common for older games being re-released or remastered.
Now that DLC for the first Ultimate Alliance game is free, will you be purchasing the game? Let us know in the comments section below.
