Modern Warfare and Warzone received a small update yesterday. The August 11 update is one of two planned patches, the first patch brought some weapon balancing along with a few bug fixes. The second patch, which will release at a later date, will fix graphical corruption issues on several weapons and make sure that the ‘Play Again’ button is working as intended.
The update released today tweaked four weapons. The FAL’s headshot damage was increased, but its near damage was reduced. Holger-26 saw an increase in its ADS speed and damage range, and the damage range of the Bruen MK9 was also reduced. Lastly, the M91 sniper rifle's damage range was increased along with its ADS time.
The exploit in the Shooting Range trial was fixed and players will no longer receive an error message when opening the weapon armory. The bug regarding the Rytec AMR in CDL modes was also resolved.
You can read the complete patch notes below or on the official blog post.

Modern Warfare and Warzone Season 5 went online on August 5, along with a massive update. The update brought many new things in the game. The stadium was finally opened and a train was added into the map (thanks for the Apex Legends flashbacks). A new faction was introduced along with a brand-new battle pass. Two new weapons, ISO and AN-94, were added to the weapons arsenal. Check out the trailer for Season 5 above.
