If you’ve been playing Pokémon Go and have had trouble getting to the GO Battle League, you’re probably not alone. Initially set to begin last May 1, Season 2 has been delayed to May 11. In a statement by the Pokémon Go Team, it appears they’ve “identified a technical issue that needs to be addressed before we transition to Season 2 of GO Battle League.”
We’ve reported about Season 2 before, which you can read more about here. Most of the details are pretty much the same with the exception of the schedule. Below is the new schedule of the GO Battle League Season 2:
- The Great League
- Start: May 11 at 4:00 PM EDT
- End: June 1 at 4:00 PM EDT
- The Ultra League
- Start: June 1 at 4:00 PM EDT
- End: June 22 at 4:00 PM EDT
- The Master League
- Start: June 22 at 4:00 PM EDT
- End: July 6 at 4:00 PM EDT
In addition to this schedule, all the three leagues and the Premier Cup are going to be available starting on July 6 at 4:00 PM EDT until July 13 at 4:00 PM EDT.
This also means that the schedule for Season 3 has moved and is now expected to begin on July 13 at 4:00 PM EDT.
