Several days after the latest Pokémon Presents event's unveiling of "Pokémon Legends: Z-A," the game's preorders have now been announced, with the Pokémon Center revealing an exclusive offer coming soon.
This new preorder bonus that comes when you buy "Pokémon Legends: Z-A" is not available from the other storefronts of The Pokémon Company or Nintendo, making this a must-have for massive fans.
However, there is already a catch to what this bonus has to offer gamers.
Pokémon Center: Exclusive Preorder Bonus for 'Pokémon Legends: Z-A'
There are various websites or platforms where gamers can get their copy of "Pokémon Legends: Z-A," and one of the storefronts that offer it is The Pokémon Company's official Pokémon Center website.
The website has now unveiled the upcoming game's preorder bonus for gamers. Buying the game from the Pokémon Center guarantees a Pokémon Sitting Cuties plushie that come in the form of the three starter Pokémon for the upcoming game.
Fans who preorder the "Pokémon Legends: Z-A" from the Pokémon Center are guaranteed one plushie of either Chikorita, the Grass-type starter; Totodile, the Water-type starter; or Tepig, the Fire-type starter from the game.
The offer came after the latest Pokémon Day showcase event, which revealed details for the game, including the three starters for trainers to choose from.
The 5 and 1/2 to 6-inch Sitting Cuties plushies usually cost $10.99 to $16.99 apiece, but for users who purchase the preorder bonus, this will be part of the bundle. However, as of press time, the price of the bundle has not been revealed.
Additionally, Lumiose City's Mega Evolutions of specific Pokémon are also available as plushies from the Pokémon Center's website for fans to purchase.
There's a Catch on the Pokémon Center's Preorder Bonus
However, there is a catch that comes with the preorder bonus for "Pokémon Legends: Z-A," as players who are looking to buy from them will not be able to choose which starter Pokémon will come with their purchase.
Redditors have also discussed concerns about this random plushie distribution, and many have complained about this setup. Other fans want specific plushies to choose from the trio, and others argued that Totodile would be the most popular option here.
Fans also said that players should receive the plushie toy of the starter Pokémon they choose in the game, but there will be no way of saying if that specific buyer will pick the same starter Pokémon when they play "Legends: Z-A."
It also remains unknown when the preorder will start for "Pokémon Legends: Z-A" as the Pokémon Center has only added a sign-up page for those interested to buy the exclusive bundle from them.
