The Six Invitational 2021 Europe Finals between Natus Vincere and BDS Esport have concluded. The matches were played in a best of three series. While the match wouldn’t affect the standing in SI, the winner would get a trophy and prize money.
The first map of the series was Consulate. BDS played extremely well and didn’t drop a single round throughout the map. Stéphane "Shaiiko" Lebleu was the most important factor for BDS, as he had 11 kills within the first half playing Ash. NaVi's strategies were pretty good, but BDS stopped them at every corner. NaVi was unable to find any frags that led most of the members sitting below five kills by the end of the game.
BDS took the first map with a 7-0 scoreline.
The second map, Clubhouse, was another frag fest. The match was exciting to watch, as NaVi played Clubhouse in a frag-heavy ranked style. Jack "Doki" Robertson played insanely on the final round of attack, as he managed to get a triple kill playing Hibana by just walking into the site. NaVi was executing into the Kitchen site, while Doki just walked down the main stairs and peeked at the player in Church, Blue, and Tunnel. NaVi took Clubhouse with a 7-5 scoreline.
The decider map was Kafe Dostoyevsky. BDS played amazing on the attack by changing to a slow-paced execute, rather than going with quick attacks. That resulted in BDS having a 4-2 lead on the attack, which is impressive considering the map favored defenders. On the other hand, NaVi was only able to take one attack round that gave BDS the final map with a 7-3 scoreline.
