Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin is now accepting digital pre-orders for both the standard and digital editions. Digital pre-orders for Sakuna are being made available for both the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. For the PC version, however, it’s still available for Wishlisting on Steam.
PS4 Pre-orders
On the PS4, Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin's Standard Edition is priced at $39.99. There is also a Digital Deluxe Edition for $49.99. The Deluxe edition includes the base game, the digital soundtrack that comes with 42 tracks, four exclusive PS4 themes, and a PSN Avatar Set with nine avatars.
That’s not all, as there is also a Divine Edition that offers the base game, a three-disc soundtrack, a large 130-page art book, and a Japanese omamori charm measuring 2” by 3”. All of this is packaged within a custom box that has an exclusive illustration. This one is priced at $59.99.
Upping the ante, those who pre-order any version gets a special theme that features the titular harvest goddess.
Other Versions
The Standard and Divine Editions are also available for the Switch. Meanwhile, the PC version is also going to have its own version of the digital deluxe edition for $54.99. In addition to the base game, the PC deluxe edition also includes the 130-page art book and digital soundtracks.
Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin offers side-scrolling action combined with deep crafting and rice cultivation. Players take on the role of the titular character Sakuna. Sakuna is a spoiled harvest goddess that has been banished to a dangerous island along with a group of outcast humans. As she explores the island, she finds a home in a mountain village while doing what she can to prove herself worthy of her title. Features of the game include:
