In Grey’s Anatomy Season 13 episode 3, which airs Thursday at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC, Arizona is mad at Alex for his action in attacking Deluca, partly because Deluca happens to be her roommate, but also because she has mentored Alex and has been his champion in many situations.
Alex is still awaiting trial to find out if he will be charged with felony assault in the second degree. In an episode sneak peek, he tells Arizona he doesn’t need more people telling him how much he’s screwed up.
Meanwhile, Meredith has to deal with her unintentional love triangle between her, her sister Maggie and Rigg, who she is secretly seeing. Maggie has had a crush on Riggs and asked him out in the previous episode. He turned her down, by Meredith’s directive and now Maggie is upset. However, she does not know the real reason Riggs isn’t interested in her.
In an episode sneak peek, Riggs suggests to Meredith they should come clean about their relationship, but Meredith does not think it is a good idea. Amelia, Meredith’s former sister in-law will mediate tension between her and Maggie.
