The latest set coming to Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links arrives on Oct. 17. The Servants of the Kings minibox will buff up many kinds of decks, particularly Dark Magician, while introducing new archetypes.
Servants of the Kings’ cover monster is the Dark Magician of Chaos, which is a stronger version of the Ritual monster with the same name. Duelists can summon it normally, and use its great effect to bring a spell card from the graveyard to their hand at the end of the turn.
If you get the Dedication through Light and Darkness spell card, Dark Magician decks can summon this monster even easier by tributing their spellcaster for Dark Magician of Chaos. Attack with Dark Magician and then activate the quick play spell card to special summon DMOC for a second attack.
The Machina archetype gets introduced in their set, giving machine monsters a buff. The Silent Swordsman archetype will give Level decks another option outside of Horus, Silent Magician and Armed Dragon.
There are some great trap cards in this set, like Draining Shield and Wall of Disruption, that can give any deck some much-needed defense.
Here’s every card in the Servants of the Kings mini box. Let us know your favorite cards from this set in the comments section below.
