There’s a new dungeon in Destiny 2 called Duality where players have to enter Emperor Calus’ mind and uncover his secrets. While the Duality dungeon is rewarding and interesting story-wise, there are some issues that players have come across and that is what Hotfix 4.1.0.1 intends to address.
The new Duality dungeon in Destiny 2 has a mechanic where players will fight enemies known as Standard Bearers. When defeated, they will drop a “Standard” or a symbol necessary for players to advance through the dungeon.
That said, there have been reports that standard bearers sometimes do not spawn where they should. Other times, they’re situated in a specific location in the back room but they bug out or get stuck in a wall, leaving players unable to kill them.
Fortunately, the latest update resolves this issue because Standard Bearers now spawn where they should.
Another issue fixed in Hotfix 4.1.0.1 is that hitting the bell numerous times will no longer stop it from functioning. In other words, players can go to the normal or nightmare realm when hitting the bell as intended.

- Fixed several Hand Cannons which had missing scopes including The Steady Hand and True Prophecy

- Fixed an issue where Seasonal Challenges were not correctly tracking Seasonal quest progress across different characters in some circumstances
- Fixed an issue where players on Xbox platforms could sometimes only see the limited invite and join actions in the roster when viewing Xbox network friends
