Get ready to take out your silencers and red ties, the newest Hitman DLC comes out on May 31 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Hitman has already taken assassinations worldwide; Episode Two traveled to Sapienza in Italy. Head to Marrakesh in Morroco and explore the vast world the creators so painstakingly tried to create. In the Hitman developer blog , the creators talk about what you’ll see in the DLC:
“Marrakesh has been built with a maze of alleys, a range of souks that line the medina walls and a fully-fledged shisha café. Moving upwards, players can enjoy the shade on the rooftop terraces of Marrakesh.”
The story features Agent 47’s mission to assassinate two high priority targets: “private banker Claus Strandberg, who is holed up inside the secure Swedish Consulate, and army General Reza Zaydan, protected by his elite squad of soldiers at a temporary headquarters in the heart of the city.”
To keep players from getting bored, they are also adding in a bunch of live features you can interact with around Marrakesh, including Elusive Targets and Escalation Targets. The bazaar will also be the new home for Contract Mode, allowing you to kill targets for a little extra coin. Being able to hunt after unknown targets does sound fun and a like a great way to keep a game from getting stale.
