There's no question that a lot of players already love what Palworld had to offer. This latest update though is sure to make them even more excited. That's because v0.2.0.6 update officially introduces that game's first ever Raid Boss. They get to see if they have what it takes to bring down Bellanoir.
How does it work? Players can summon Raid Boss Pals through the slabs that's at the new Summoning Altar. It's important to remember that Raid Boss Pals summoned these slabs are very powerful and can't be captured. That means players need to work with their base Pals if they want to bring down these strong enemies. Once the Raid Boss Pals are defeated, expect Pals Eggs to drop. By the way, there's an "extreme" version of this Raid Boss and it's one that's truly powerful and possibly difficult to beat.
New Content
There's a lot of new content for players to enjoy that's been added courtesy of this new update. These include items like:
- Training Manual
- Manuals allow players to give experience points to Pals.
- Ancient Technical Manual
- This manual gives players ancient technology points and can be randomly found inside dungeon chests.
- Recovery Meds
- Using these meds allows players to slowly recover their HP over time.
- Homeward Thundercloud
- When used, this item instantly moves players to their nearest base.
- Ability Glasses
- When equipped, players can see the stats of their Pals.
- Ring of Mercy
- When wearing this ring, players cannot reduce enemy HP below 1 when attacking.
- Multiclimate Undershirt
- This new armor lets players protect themselves not just from the heat but also the cold.
In addition to new items, there are also stat boosting items known as Power Fruit, Life Fruit, or Stout Fruot. These items boost the stats of Pals when used. Meanwhile a new passive called as "Mercy Hit" ensures that Pals won't be able to cannot lower enemy HP below 1 when attacking.
Then there are the new buildings which are:
- Electric Egg Incubator
- This incubator consumes electricity to automatically adjust the temperature to the optimum temperature for each egg.
- Ore Mining Site
- This mining site allows players to produce ores from the comfort of their base.
