The last half of 2017 will see some great Nintendo Switch titles, including the new Mario and Rabbids crossover, Super Mario Odyssey and a ton of third-party games, but it’s still difficult to find the console in the wild. That won’t be a problem much longer.
GameStop has announced that they received an allotment of Nintendo Switch consoles they plan to sell in bundles in-store and online, coinciding with the release of the New Nintendo 2DS XL.
GameStop will make three Switch bundles available in-store and online for $359.99, and they will include the console with the top three titles currently available.
- Nintendo Switch & Mario Kart 8
- Nintendo Switch & Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- Nintendo Switch & Splatoon 2
Be sure to visit the GameStop website to get your bundle online, but if you wish to head over to your local GameStop you’ll want to call ahead before going to the store. Check the GameStop store locator to find the location and number to call.
If you’re looking to upgrade to the New Nintendo 2DS XL or need a new handheld, the brand new Nintendo console will be available starting July 28. If you’re heading to your local GameStop for the Nintendo Switch bundles, you can take your current 3DS to get an automatic $75 credit towards the purchase of the New 2DS XL.
This trade-in offer will last until Aug. 12, so be sure to get your 3DS to your GameStop to pick up the New 2DS XL. The new console is a lighter and cheaper option that gives players the entire 3DS library and a whole bunch of incremental improvements.
